Board Certified Doctor of Optometry

A Pennsylvania and New Jersey Board Certified Doctor of Optometry, Michelle R. Townsend-Mullin, O.D. is devoted to exceptional and compassionate care for her patients.

Dr. Townsend-Mullin has extensive training in Optometry and various methods of contact lens fitting including custom and bifocal contact lenses. She also completed The Hafter Light and Laser Institute Ophthalmic Laser Course and is comfortable managing ocular pathology including medical diabetes and glaucoma management.

Dr. Townsend-Mullin received her Doctor of Optometry Degree through her extensive training at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She was the recipient of the Citation of Clinical Excellence in Low Vision Rehabilitation awarded through the William Feinbloom Vision Rehabilitation Center. Dr. Townsend-Mullin was also awarded the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Optometry by the Moore Eye Foundation.

Dr. Townsend-Mullin attended Villanova University as a double major receiving both a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. She then pursued post-graduate studies at Georgetown University in Biology and George Washington University for Public Health.
